And we're runnin'!

This weekend I was in the Wasatch back Ragnar Relay. It is a 188 mile relay race from Logan to Park City. I talked my friend Suzanne into running it with me. We were on the team "Space Cadets" with 10 other girls. There were over 500 teams competing, so it is a huge race. We started the race Friday morning at 7:10am and we ended sometime around 4pm on Saturday. It was a LONG 2 days but so much fun. My body is still wondering what the hell I did to it.

I have to thank my lovely mom for coming down for the weekend to help take care of Mia. I also have to give a shout out to Tyson, who came all the way to Coalville at 1:00 am to get the breast milk that I had been pumping. Our spoiled little princess doesn't like formula. Needless to say, he wasn't very happy about it but he would do anything for his little girl! ;)

Boating!!

Yeah! The weather is finally nice enough (kind of) to go out and use our boat! Mia had her first boating experience on Wednesday. I told Tyson that he couldn't take her out until I went with them first to see how she did. I am happy to say that she did very well, with minimal amounts of crying. She loved watching the wake behind the boat and having the wind blow in her face. My friend Emily nick-named her "buoy" because she looked so funny in her life jacket. She looked like a box with arms and legs.
Happy little buoy :)

This was Emily's first time wake boarding and she kicked ass! Emily don't hate me for posting this but you did so good!!

Birthday Weekend

I am now 1 year closer to the big 30! My 28th birthday was on May 27th. Tyson, Mia and I spent it relaxing and golfing in Pocatello at my parent's house. My mother's day/ birthday present from Tyson was new golf clubs, so I finally was able to put them to use! My birthday was even more special because Hanna was visiting my parents, so all the Hardin sisters were able to be together (which doesn't happen very often anymore).

Birthday morning

Golfing went alot like this:
Helen: "Do you see where my ball went?"
Hanna: "I think somewhere to the right, in the trees" (or sand, water, etc..)

My mom, Hanna and I all have the same driver which we endearingly refer to as the "big ass driver"
Hanna decorated my yummy strawberry birthday cake!

Disclaimer: Hanna is the only one with make-up on and her hair done.
I don't know why we spend money on toys. My mom gave her this cottage cheese container and it was her favorite toy all week!

I don't think this could be any cuter......

Mia LOVED Hanna!

Mia had some "firsts" in Pocatello this weekend.....

First swim

First beer (thanks Dad!)

First crush :)

This cute little boy is the son of some family friends.
We have decided that Mia and Cooper are destined to marry some day!
